Fresh Fruit Flan

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup sparkling blueberries, rinsed and dried
  • 3 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Glaze:
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/four cup white sugar
  • half cup water
  • half cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions :
